Foil Laminating operates a number of laminators to handle a wide range of substrates including the thinnest films and foils up to board grades as thick as .040 inches.  Our laminators offer a variety of capabilities including in-line printing and water base coating applications.  FLI also utilizes a broad range of in house equipment for secondary conversion such as embossing, slitting, rewinding, and registered sheeting.  In addition, with the use of a spectrophotometer and an automated ink dispensing system, we achieve consistent color reproduction from job to job when producing any of your custom color needs.


As an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, Foil Laminating Inc. supports its customers with a state of the art quality control lab.  This lab is equipped with all of the quantifiable testing equipment needed to ensure our materials meet the specific needs of the customers' application from the first test to the most recent order.  From the peel bond strength of a lamination to the optical density of a metalized film being used, we carefully test, analyze, and document the results for each project.  We also closely inspect and certify all incoming raw materials from our approved suppliers and monitor every aspect of production and shipping to ensure consistent quality.
