The Corpak division of the GMI Group is a very specialized corrugated packaging manufacturer with over
30 years of experience in high speed, low cost production of die cut corrugated blanks and pre-formed packages. Corpak's focus has historically been on the production of corrugated pizza boxes for major chains sold through distribution nationwide. This position of market leadership has fueled growth into other areas of specialty packaging including microflute, single face corrugated, grease barriers, pre-formed nestable items (such as trays and clamshells in microflute
corrugated and paperboard) and even windowed packaging.
The keys to our success are highly automated facilities that produce corrugated die cut blanks in B, E or F flute
pre-printed in line in up to 4 colors. Our unique manufacturing process makes us
highly efficient in all aspects of cost including raw material, labor, cycle
time, WIP and finished goods inventory management. We have strategically located our facilities to keep transportation costs to a minimum. We also offer other unique capabilities such as
window film application, tray forming and shrink wrapping.
Although our facilities are focused on food packaging we welcome all industry opportunities where our strengths can be utilized to help customers solve packaging problems. From package design, specialty barrier materials, effective manufacturing, multi-color graphics or even creative logistical solutions, Corpak can help in ways many other corrugators can not.
